Payment Methods

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. Medabiotics proudly accepts the following CREDIT CARDS:

• MASTERCARD
• DISCOVER

When using your CREDIT CARD please make sure of the following:

  • The credit card is active, and has enough credit available.
  • Be sure to know your billing address (the address where you receive your bill). Please be sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not match does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for the credit card account, the order will be cancelled.
  • Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address. WE CHECK EXTENSIVELY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR FRAUDULENLY USED CREDIT CARDS.

Q. Do you accept personal checks, money orders, or C.O.D. as payment?
A. Please call 1 866 9GO-DIET (1 866 946-3438) to place your order by phone & we will be happy to process your personal check.

Q. Do you accept Visa or MasterCard ATM/Check cards?
A. Yes we do accept ATM/Check cards displaying the Visa or MasterCard symbol. They function similarly to a credit card but the money is deducted from your checking account.

Q. When will you bill my credit card?
A. We will not bill your credit card until your order actually ships or is ready to be shipped.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We charge no sales tax for nutritional supplements. Supplements are considered a food and there for not taxed by the US Goverment!

Ordering

Q. How long will my order be processed and shipped?
A.Orders received before 1:00pm EST will be processed and usually ship that same day. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will be processed immediately but will not ship until the following day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All shipping times and dates are subject to change without notice.

Q. Can I place my order by phone?
A. Yes. You can speak to one of our professional customer care agents to guide you through the phone ordering process. We do encourage our customers to place their orders directly through our online store because of the sheer convenience and the maximum level of security that our SSL encrypted site provides them.

Q. I'm having trouble placing an order on your website. What should I do?
A .On a rare occasion, our website may be experiencing difficulties receiving orders. This could be a temporary situation outside of our control, including problems with the customer's computer. Give it a little time and revisit the site again.

Q. I did not receive my order confirmation or my shipping notification.
A. This is usually due to a couple of factors. There may have been a typo in your email address that you submitted to us. Because our system is automated and we would not recognize the mistake to correct it, you would not receive your proper email notifications for both the order confirmation and shipping notification. Please email us at info@medabiotics.com so that we can make the proper adjustments. If you did receive an order confirmation but not a shipping notification, please wait 24 hours to compensate for any possible email difficulty. We attempt to ship all of our orders out the same day if they are received prior to 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). After this designated cutoff time, we will ship the following business day. We will then notify you of your order tracking number via an email confirmation.

Q: When I track my order it says "unable to track shipment" or "invalid tracking numbers"?
A: While you have received your shipment tracking number, UPS hasn't scanned your package yet. Your package has shipped and we have sent you the notification-however, it still takes the shipper a couple of hours after they pick it up from our warehouse to scan every package into their tracking system. Please allow some time before carefully re-entering the shipment tracking number in the appropriate area of our page.

Q. Do you accept International orders?
A. Currently we accept orders for the following International destinations: Canada, Outlying U.S.A. Surrounding Islands....Of course we ship our orders within the 48 Continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

Q. How do I cancel/change my order?
A. In most cases, orders are received and processed immediately. The transaction takes place within an instantaneous automated system. We ship all of our orders out via UPS at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). If you need to cancel the order please send an email to us at info@Medabiotics.com. Please include your order number. However, once your order begins the shipping process we can no longer stop its' progression. We would appreciate it if you would not place an order if you intend on canceling or changing it in any way. Thank you.

Return Policy

Q.How do I properly return my order?
A. The first step that you must complete is to contact our office either by telephone or e-mail to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA #). Our e-mail address is info@medabiotics.com or our toll free telephone number is 1-866-946-3438. If you are requesting a RA # through e-mail, please be sure to include your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE # in the message. Please note that your personal RA # must be clearly written on the outside of the package for acceptance. Any returns that are received without an RA # will be discarded immediately. At the time that your personal RA # is issued you will be provided with the correct address to return your package to. The fees incurred to return the package are at the customer’s expense.

Q. When does my 30 Day trial period begin?
A. Your 30 day trial period begins the day that you received the package.

Q. When does my 30 day trial period end?
A. Starting with the day that the order was received, you have 30 days to contact our office and receive your personal RA #. Please read above portion on “How do I properly return my order?” Starting with the date that you obtained the RA #, you will then have 10 business days to have the package delivered to our facility. Any return that is unable to comply with this timetable will not qualify for a refund.

Q. What must be enclosed in the return for me to receive a full refund?
A. As advertised, we will refund the full cost of the product, less shipping if satisfaction is not achieved. The return must be within the timelines stated above. All items purchased must be included in the returned package (including opened or emptied bottles). In other words, do NOT discard any bottles that have been completed, for they will need to be returned in order to receive a refund. All special offers that occurred when the order was purchased become void when a refund is requested. In other words, if you take advantage of our bulk orders and received a free bottle, it will need to be returned as well, to qualify for a full refund

Q. My order does not match from my original order. How do I return the product?
A. If you should receive a product that doesn't match your original order MedaBiotics will correct the situation. In this event you must email us within 24 hours after the receipt of shipment at info@medabiotics.com or call our toll free telephone number is 1-866-946-3438 and provide the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your name
  3. The product(s) being returned
  4. Daytime phone number
In cases such as this, MedaBiotics customer service will immediately issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must write this number on your invoice and include it on your return package. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned sealed, unopened, and in original packaging products. We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up by UPS. We will reimburse you for any return shipping charges. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

Q. I have a certain medical condition. What do you recommend for it?
A. Unfortunately, we can't recommend any product for a medical condition or disease. We suggest that you contact your doctor or health care provider for recommendations.

Wholesale/Retail Accounts

Q.Do I receive a discount or wholesale pricing for buying in larger quantities?
A. Yes, if you qualify. We do offer quantity discounts on "bulk buying". To qualify for an additional discount on top of our below wholesale price, you must order a minimum of $500 at a time. Discounts are calculated from single unit prices, not quantity break prices on certain items. We will consider higher discounts for much larger orders on an individual basis. We never charge sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are the same as regular orders. Just email us info@medabiotics.com and a customer representative will get back to you to establish a Retail Account.
