| Shipping Options & Charges Internet Orders:
Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be shipped that same day. All orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will not be shipped until the following business day. All orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
We ship our products via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).

Our least expensive shipping method is with the United States Postal Service.

Phone Orders:
All orders placed through our call center will not be shipped until the following business day. All expected delivery dates are from the day it was shipped, not the day the order was placed.
We have 2 shipping methods for our customers who place their order over the phone. We still offer the Most Efficient Way, through the United States Postal Service. Plus we offer a Rush delivery through UPS which is shipped out on a 2nd Day delivery service. The prices for USPS shipping are the same as the Internet Orders.

PO Boxes
We are more than capable of delivering your order to a PO BOX. UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX, therefore the shipment selection must be Most Efficient Way, which is through the United States Postal Service If you select an expedited service such as 2nd Day or Next Day, we will be unable to ship your order through that service.
International Orders
We have been successful shipping our products all over the world. Shipping charges for international orders do differ from our domestic orders. No matter which shipping method you select, you will be charged according to the destination of the package. Your shipping cost will be either $14.99 or $29.98, depending on your location. All of our international orders will be shipped out through the USPS. Scheduled delivery for your order is approximately 10-14 business days from the day that it is shipped. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, because of the high chances of inspection and holdups done by the imports/customs agencies. Please be aware that additional taxes, tariffs, and surcharges may apply. These costs are in no relation to our company, for they are from the shipping companies for their fees to get the products through the respected customs agencies. We can not offer exact amounts of these fees for they vary all over the world. We will not be responsible to cover any of these extra costs. You should contact your local postal services or import/customs office to find out the cost of these charges that will incur to have your package delivered. We can not guarantee that your country will allow such products. For every country has their own restrictions on herbal products and supplements and may find an ingredient to be illegal. Please be sure to check with local officials before ordering as we cannot be responsible for packages confiscated by custom agents. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund for a confiscated package unless all products are returned to us in the same condition that it left our facility.
Note
Please be accurate and double-check your shipping address to avoid any forwarding or reshipping fees. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our facility or are incorrectly addressed due to a customers error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered on your order form. If you provide us with an incorrect zip code or any other addressing error, i.e. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping companies will charge us a fee for this correction.
